I started my real estate career in 2014. I had a teaching background and many skills I could take into the work force. However, I had always had a natural ability to negotiate just about anything. My friends would call me up and take me with them to purchase cars and I always made sure they got a great deal. In 2013 my kids were both in school and I was looking for a new career. I had always been interested in real estate, and with my negotiation skills, I decided it was finally time for me to give it a try. So I took the classes, studied, and passed the exam on the 1st try!!!
I started with a small local firm once licensed in 2014 and went on to close 9 homes in the first 6 months. I instantly fell in love with real estate and knew it was for me. Every year I grow my knowledge and experience. To date I have closed over 150 transactions selling over $50 million dollars in real estate but mostly excited by what this really meant. It meant I used my negotiation skills to help all those families begin the “home ownership dream”, relocate, or step up. I helped them achieve one of the biggest steps of their lives. My love for making this dream a reality is why I am the agent who takes your calls, answers your questions and am with you every step of the way and in many cases after the transaction.
I have grown to realize real estate is more than my career, it is my passion. My love for helping people, my proven track record, and my knowledge of Real Estate make me a great fit for helping to get homes sold quickly and for top dollar. Also, my years of experience make me great at negotiating and getting buyers the homes they want. I hope to have the chance to work with you and make the home buying or selling experience fun, exciting and simple and as stress-free as possible.
